Guide Dogs is a UK charity that provides a range of services to help people with sight loss live the life they choose. They needed to improve site performance and reduce the time it takes to get new features to market, but they needed support to replatform.
Uniform enabled Guide Dogs to decouple their front-end (built with an ASP.NET MVC) from their monolithic CMS so it could be delivered using a Jamstack approach. This enabled them to leverage a CDN to deliver pages as fast as possible, and to take advantage of modern developer tools to build and release new features faster.
