Principal Developer Advocate (Remote, EMEA)

Jamstack is a modern web architecture that is changing the way websites are built. Enterprise organizations are the next frontier for Jamstack, and Uniform is leading the way by enabling these organizations to gain the benefits of Jamstack without having to re-platform or abandon their existing Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and marketing tools. We are looking for a US-based Sales Engineer to join our GTM team and support our sales activities in the US.

You will be our first Sales Engineer in the US and join an experienced GTM team with growing demand. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Sales Engineer to help shape our sales process and organization, and be an integral part of our mission to enable both marketers and IT to build and deploy the fastest personalized sites possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developer advocacy of Jamstack and Uniform within the developer community by writing blog posts, presenting at conferences and creating engaging video content
  • Build developer community by interfacing with agencies and customers
  • Write developer documentation and other enablement materials
  • Assist in key pre-sales activities
  • Build prototypes for customers and partners
  • Own key relationships with Jamstack ecosystem
  • Help with developer experience roadmap and product strategy

Job requirements

  • Based anywhere in EMEA with a legal permit to work.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Rich website implementation experience in both Headless CMS space (Contentful, Sanity, Prismic, etc.) and Enterprise CMS / DXP space (Sitecore, Episerver, AEM, etc.)
  • Passion for the modern and fast web, DevOps, CI/CD, and Jamstack and track record in tech though leadership.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of CMS and front-end engineering.
  • Solution-oriented with excellent abilities to communicate to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with content management, digital experience platforms, and personalization.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn constantly and interest in mentoring others.
  • Relentless focus on creating value for our customers.
