Uniform doesn't collect any visitor data and doesn't need to in order to execute personalization. Uniform stores only content and meta-data about your content, such as personalization configuration and A/B test definitions.

Uniform receives a perfect (no exceptions) SOC2 Type II report every year. Uniform’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. The SOC2 Type II report is available to our customers upon request.
